Teachers will move from the passive voice to the active voice in the performance of data-driven decision-making for instructional improvement. Teachers will identify relevant questions and concerns that they confront in their practices throughout a school year. These questions will be addressed through a prescriptive, sequential, and logical process using a school calendar as a template. Teachers will use newly acquired strategies to make effective data-driven decisions utilizing their own classroom data sets.
