This year’s Celebration of Teaching & Learning is organized around the following central themes or “content strands“: Science, Global Awareness, Math, Instructional Technology, English Language Learners, Literacy, Whole School Policy and Engagement, and Autism Understanding and Integration.
Within each content strand an attendee will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of different professional development experiences, including:
- Plenary Sessions: Keynote presentations in the 2,000 seat main hall
- Featured Speakers: Lecture-style presentations in 200-300 seat rooms
- In the Classroom: 30-50 seat classroom-style rooms for hands-on interaction with instructors.
All presentations range from 60-90 minutes, and seating is first-come, first-served. In addition, attendees may browse the Exhibit Halls, where over 150 vendors will present the latest in dynamic resources for the K-12 classroom. Please consult the schedule to plan your day(s) at the Celebration!
