CSA-ELI

The Council of School Supervisors and Administrators (CSA) represents more than 6,400 Principals, Assistant Principals, Supervisors, Education Administrators, Day Care Directors and Assistant Directors in the 5 boroughs. CSA members work in schools, city-funded day care centers, District, Regional and the Central Department of Education offices. CSA also represents more than 9,000 retired members and their spouses, as part of the union’s Retiree Chapter.

The Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) is the not-for-profit affiliate of the Council of School Supervisors and Administrators (CSA) and is designed to deliver practical, relevant and essential professional development for NYC’s school leaders. The intent of the various programs is to provide standards-based, high quality and results-driven leadership training to help school administrators successfully fulfill their responsibilities as instructional leaders.
